We issue our invoices, by email, 2 weeks before their due date which is 1st of each month.   Invoices are payable by BACS, Cash or childcare vouchers.  We accept childcare vouchers from the government and schemes operated by employers.

We require a £20 non-refundable administration fee to add your child to our waiting list and payment of your first invoice on the day they start at the setting. 

 

If fees remain unpaid after a month then a £15 charge with automatically be added to your account.  If your fees remain unpaid after 2 weeks we may ask that your child does not attend the setting until all fees are paid.
